My company is mandating the vaccine. They are allowing for religious exemptions so please post any resources you have. I greatly appreciate it.

All you need to do is say you have a personal religious exemption from taking the jab. No “letter” or endorsement from an organized religion is necessary. Make it a heart felt exemption. Any employer who denies a religious exemption is automatically in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Law!
