Nigella Sativa makes good tea too (someone else mentioned it, so I tried and the tea was pretty good). It has anti-viral properties like ivermectin and can be used if you have the flu.
Instructions for tea:
Put one 1 tablespoon of seeds in bowl and crush them so that the oil inside is released. I use a mortar and pestle for this.
Put crushed seeds in a tea strainer or tea ball and put the strainer in a cup. Pour over boiling water in cup and let steep for 8 minutes
Add a dash of vanilla extract and milk/creamer for flavoring.
