We’ll see. It costs nothing to post on the internet. Things change when you have to decide whether or not you’re gonna be able to feed your kids if you do the right thing vs keeping your head down and getting back to work.
It's not happening, but everybody sure does seem to have slowed down.
That whole hustle to get ahead, do more and get noticed, that seems to have disappeared.
Interesting to think about why. Are people just more risk averse? Do they not believe the BS anymore? Do they feel like they can get other jobs? Have they changed their priorities? Are they expecting something is going to happen so that thinking about where you are going to be in the company if 5 years seems like a waste of time?
