My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

Have you try saying you will and delaying it indefinitely?
That will:
Just keep on asking for extensions, maybe the company actually hates the mandate like you and can somehow try to keep your husband through loopholes.
May ask to switch to part time then full time/position/title back and forth since there's probably some time frame set to get verification proof. So if he keeps moving indefinitely he never have to take the shot.
Good luck.
