My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

Inform HR, that you are recording everything based on advice from your lawyer. Do not sign anything. State on the recording that you have submitted both a religious and medical exemption that was denied and you do not understand how they can insist - coerced to take an experimental injection that is NOT FDA approved, it is under a EUA. No one has been able to provide Comirity, the FDA approved version.
At the end of the day, unless you have an employment contract, you are under a right to work contract where both parties can end the relationship for no reason what so ever. There might be some litigation in the future, but chances are slim, IMHO.
