My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

Tell them your lawyer has to review any and all paperwork prior to signing. I was retiring for the 2nd time at the end of the year. I refused to sign an Attestation Form which allowed my employer to share my vaccination, partially vaccinated or unvaccinated status with anyone they deemed necessary for their business model. I put a statement at the bottom saying why I would not sign. HR made my boss talk with me and explain the form! Next came the flu mandate. I claimed a religious exemption which said by signing I understand they may not accommodate my religious exemption request if deemed unreasonable. Next it was they want to talk to me 2:1 about a patient complaint. I said I would not do it without an attorney present and since I was retiring in 2 months I am turning in my resignation effective immediately. Pure harassment and they can kiss my a**. I worked as needed, no benefits, was helping my colleagues out around the holidays so they could be with their families. They just screwed my colleagues because I am done jumping through hoops.
