How is the health care system in Venezuela?
Hospitals have closed or are operating at a fraction of their capacity, many without regular access to electricity or water. The public health infrastructure is so weak that in 2019, Venezuela had the world’s steepest rise in malaria cases.
They were not short staffed there as well however, many doctors in the end had to get second jobs doing anything they could, no funding for anything, just to make ends meat.. with how bad their entire system went... everyone but, the top% ended up broke and scraping, including hospital staff. Socialism at its finest.
Am I missing something? That doesn't seem like a lot.
Three percent is massive. Imagine if you had a ham sandwich and it was 3% human shit ... would you still eat it?
More like if you had a ham sandwich in the fridge at work and someone took a 3% bite out of it. Would you even notice?
Definitely, teeth marks are teeth marks.

NYC hospitals aren't short staffed though? They are in Buffalo, but not NYC.

What are you talking about?
Percentage-wise it seems to line up with the rest of America.
