People need to know which hospital it occurred in so they dont go there anymore. Why are these hospitals being protected with anonymity?

And what struck me was the goons saying that a doctor deemed him incapable of making his own decisions. If he's capable in asking for a lawyer, he's capable to make his own decisions. I would have had that doctor called in and face-to-face you force this, you will lose your license.
