Have we not learned that some of the Red Wave is dirty? We need to focus on some of the people in the 2022 elections and make sure we are electing MAGA people and not just republicans. Not mitt's please!

people need to get out, get active, ask questions! Get together with community members! THE PEOPLE need to take back control! like you said Start LOCAL and make sure these people are MAGA FIRST!
The only way to actually determine who the candidates are is by attending caucuses and conventions for political parties. You absolutely can control who the Republicans nominate this way. You could go to another, third party but their chances of winning anything at the district or state level, probably local too, is slim. If Trump thought starting a third party was a viable solution, I promise he would have done that.
I have seen this so many times i can't count - the candidates who get the most people to turn out at caucuses and conventions are the ones who win the nomination, even if they're not the choice of the old time party hacks. Primaries are harder because of the potential for voter fraud but if you get involved, you can help determine whether a convention, caucus or a primary is used.
None of the three we elected yesterday in Virginia - Youngkin, Sears and Miyares - were the candidates picked by the rino state GOP party.
