At first they just extended the deadline, but now they've dropped it altogether. Can't find the link for Quebec, but apparently Quebec did it first, then Ontario followed suit.

Because Quebec and Ontario are bed mates. If Quebec does something, you best be damn sure we are following suit. Don;t know why, but Ottawa something something something.
