Don't just save bookmarks. Save screenshots. Save pages. Even save entire websites. There's free software for all that.
Using only a phone makes things hard because of the lack of power, storage, and software selection. You might want to get a computer. Even a used desktop computer will work. The one I'm using right now is around 10 or 11 years old and has over 100TB of hard drives hooked up to it. I replaced the internal hard drive with an SSD to make it run a bit faster.
The software I use to download websites is called HTTrack, and it's free.
Also keep some copies away from your house, perhaps an extra external hard drive or thumb drive kept at a friend's house or even in an outbuilding in the back yard (properly protected of course).
In the old days, I used to keep floppy disk backups at my mother's house. I actually print out the most important pages on paper. I have notebooks of that kind of stuff going back as far as the late 1980s.
