A clarification on the post here:

-Referrals for charging Racine County election commissioners have been made to the Racine County DA's office for some pretty serious election fraud charges.

-The referring party was the Racine County Sheriff's office.

-It's now up to the Racine County DA to charge the commissioners with some or all of these charges.

This is not a big deal yet, but will be a very big deal if the DA (Patricia J. Hanson) does her job.

We need to be precise with our language when posting stories.

I am not the author of the story, it is a Racine news story posted late this afternoon and is an 'update' to the Sheriff's announcement last Thursday.
