So I was curious on the HIPPA aspect of the jab disclosure and here is what the website (https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/does-hipaa-prohibit-questions-about-vaccination-202108192575) stated:
And to be clear, HIPAA defines protected health information as
health information that is "individually identifiable" — that is, medical information that includes information that identifies you, such as your name, address, or date of birth
information about a physical or mental condition you have or had in the past
a description of healthcare you have received
details about payments made for healthcare you’ve received.
I believe getting or NOT getting a needle in ones body falls under "a description of healthcare you have received" any thoughts from frens?
Absolutely protects from ANY THIRD party accessing your PHI WITHOUT CONSENT. you must sign waivers to have a third party or "person" gain access to your PHI, your emoyer CANNOT access without your express written consent. PERIOD. ANY OTHER WAY IS ILLEGAL.
