The handwringing about how she will be so far behind, she will have to repeat. BS. One on one tutoring would get her up to speed in a couple of weeks.

*couple of days. in-person tutors (the independent kind) will get this kid knowing common core stuff two grades ahead in a few weeks. When I was in 6th grade I knew more math than college kids. Let that sink in a minute.
