I am very upset about OSHA's emergency temporary standard which mandates COVID vaccines for employees who work for an employer with 100 or more employees or mandatory weekly testing for those who refuse the vaccine. I love my job very much and my co-workers appreciate what I do for them very much as does the rest of the workforce at the company I work for. I am having a hard time deciding whether or not to temporary quit and go on unemployment benefits or to let them fire me. I am also literally at a point where I am contemplating whether or not I should use every dollar in savings and use bank loans to pay an attorney to sue OSHA over this rule.

Don't know if this will be of interest to you, but it's an affidavit prepared by constitutionalists. It's long. It's got fill in the blank spaces so you can personalize it. But the links don't last too long so get it quick if you're interested. All the best to you and your wife.
