I have a problem participating in any of this. First they are requiring you to ask permission to be religious - no, I INVOKE my rights, not ask permission.

Then the faceless bureaucrats are essentially defining a religion that you must conform to and if you are not 'religious enough' in their minds they reject the religious exemption. The questionaire clearly violates the first amendment and a myriad of employment laws.

I'm expecting to have a lot of time on my hands shortly.
