Why, by coincidence, is there a terrorist attack (or mental health c-level attack) within a short time post negative D news?

The Astroworld thing has completely flushed both Durham and Election Chaos from the news cycle. Not super clear on what C-level is reference to, but MENTAL HEALTH ATTACK sure fits what is being described. Discussions all seem to share common theme of panic, fear.
