Duh. How did people ever survive Pantera concerts I wonder? People rush and push the crowd at concerts all the time. Huge music festivals this happens, every time. Eight people dying is NOT NORMAL.

I watched a dude get his leg broke in a circle pit at a slipknot show back in the 90s. And you know what, the band stopped so medical could get in and help him.
