They knew they were going to cheat. But did not realize they needed to cheat on a grander scale. They thought Trump would not get anything but fringe voters. They were not expecting the landslide Trump won. That is why they decided in 2020 to go really big or go home. But they went to big. They could not explain Biden winning as much as he did except through cheating.
