For those wondering if this was real, yes I saw the original on Twitter itself. I didn't follow Q until July 2018, but kindly anons posted the direct link at that time, and I took the photo right off twitter and saved it. Yes, the jpeg photo begins "DOITQ" followed by a bunch of numbers. It was pretty wild.
