It is very much hit or miss on the exemptions. There's no rhyme or reason to any of these things so all bets are off.

But it seems to me that is obvious to anybody who bothers to research it that the vaccines are both extremely unsafe and completely ineffective. Over time, I don't think the CDC, FDA, and NIH can keep a lid on that.

So the longer you can avoid the mandate, the better your chances are that they will be dropped.
