Jesus was anti-religion in this way:

‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God." (Matthew 15:8-9)

He was pro worship in this way:

"Yet a time is coming and has now come(A) when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit(B) and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit,(C) and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” (John 4:23)

And pro worship this way:

Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ (Matt. 22:37)
