While the new OSHA rule has already come under court orders, most large companies have already used the impending rule to go ahead with vaccination mandates including testing requirements in some cases. So the Brandon administration has, in some sense, already won. Employees are now facing the threat of tow the line and accept an experimental jab or loose your lively hood. Not how I expected to roll into retirement. Time to start job searchingā¦ bastardsā¦

This court ruling has only opened the door for massive class action suits against companies that have or are discriminating against people.
