It's the Dems plan laid out bare. Federalization and consolidation of everything at the highest federal level. Those at the top of this monstrosity are the winners and everyone else is a serf.

They can't win on a small scale local level, which means no funding. So their only play is to continue to steal big ticket election "wins" while consolidating power and more importantly money at the top.

What federalization means is more of your tax dollars go to Washington and less stays in the local economy.
