First I heard about them was 2018 under Captain Sessions + Huber. While Trump was pretending to hate Sessions, the entire structure was set up, so Sessions recusing was a necessity - he had actual work to do! 😉 Durham began in 2017... When Q began. Sessions had about 40,000 of them IIRC, by the time he was done.
