Fascinating article. Also I have to admit, Newsweek's video on our military was pretty good.

The question is... Who controls the 60,000 undercover soldiers? White Hats or Black hats?

Newsweek may have made this story as a heads up to the criminal corrupt psychos.

Both but this one is white, cause the whole part about 'returning to family'. Black hats families are fakes and for connection/control.

Also social media/email have to be legit to the black hats cause that's the blacks domain. Black hats can just bribe their ways into shit and the background work isn't as intensive.

"signal reduction" is for invading the Black hat's territory.
