Don't know if this will be of interest to you, but it's an affidavit prepared by constitutionalists. It's long. It's got fill in the blank spaces so you can personalize it. But the links don't last too long so get it quick if you're interested. Also, do a search for patriot lawyer Thomas Renz. I think he may have some resources to help you. All the best to you.
