The vax is supposed to tell your body to produce antibodies. If after having the vax you have no antibodies, did the vax really work is the question being asked.

Couple that with the tweet in op, and it appears that the vax just wipes out all antibodies. However people say anything nowadays, gotta see what's up when the dust settles, and that takes awhile.
