There's video of people being pulled out from the front because they're being crushed.

Also, are convulsions normal for heart attacks?

There seems to be an alarming lack of footage given the number of people at the concert. Not sure why that would be. So far I have only seen a few 1 or 2 minute clips when I would think there are thousands documenting considering how many were filming
