from my limited understanding -OSHA says there is no responsibility... the employer is not even required to report adverse reactions or anything back to OSHA as in other on the job incidents -this is an emergency authorization drug there is no suing..
There is no suing of the employer the federal government the pharmaceutical company- The person administering the inoculation or any other entity. We are still in a state of public health emergency they have not withdrawn that description of this situation therefore when you read the small print the government can force inoculations on the citizens in the name of public health which is exactly what they’re doing. Yes they can talk suing and we’ve heard about suing everyone States suing the government people suing the employers on and on.... have you yet heard of any court system that is carried through with this and won any of these supposed lawsuits? if you have please post I’d like to hear.....
