They just keep delaying and pushing different sectors out. Remember when all this shit was to be done by September. They know they can't win this head to head, so they just kick the can down the road. They are running out of moves.

Agreed. They are refocusing their efforts. They also know the death toll will start rising very quickly, so they are betting on suppressing that from coming out.
