One of the doctors said certain lots were sent to certain states. If you find a couple of events linked to 1 lot, everyone there got the lethal batch.
Just checked mine.. The main issues, in triple digits, were product storage error(?) and expired doses(?)... Everything else seemed like generic flu shot side effects.
