IMO the cabal center is the UK and why (4) of the Five Eyes countries are getting hit the hardest, AUS, CAD, NZ, & UK. Everything there is the trial run for the US. So as an onlooker it seems that every lever of control possible is being tried out (like home seizure) to see if it might be workable here.
