The courts rule he has no privilege, they of course find nothing in Trump, and then there is now established precedent for good guys to go raid the Obama, Clinton, and Bush archives? Hook, line, and sinker.

It seems like this is a similar play to the taxes bollocks they pulled. Trump refused to release them, they pushed and the tax report was published and showed Trump in a better light than before.
