Just a thought, I know tons of people in healthcare that were around when HIPPA was first implemented. Even today, if you were to give someone a piece of paper that had someone else's info on it you have to report to the FEDS. It's not a small thing. How did we go from there and where are the great legal minds regarding this? Thoughts?

Tell the suspended co workers what they said, they can file a complaint. Employers should be fined. Don't think they even need to sue them. It would take more research
