If the judge dismisses the case with prejudice it will be exactly what the prosecution wants, because the left will say the judge was a white supremisist and didn't let the trial come to an end because Kyle would have lost.
wait for the jury to come to a verdict, than, regardless of that that verdict is, declare a mistrial with prejudice. than bring charges of contempt of court against the prosecutor for introducing evidence that was already ruled inadmissible (literally contempt of the court's decision).
This is what I lean towards seeing happen. I've had a feeling mistrial would come up from the getgo. Would be interesting to see how they spin things if that's what happens
