Talk is, the companies will owe the employees they put on unpaid leave and/or fired, backpay, as well as severence pay if they will not be returning. Severence pay will vary dependant on length of service and age.
Should include, pain and suffering, humiliation, loss of standing , insurance and benefits lost, all sorts of things.

The severance will include everything applicable to the person.
Charge them with defamation of character, HIPAA violations and attempts to coerce and threaten a human being to participate in a medical experiment too please.

I believe wrongful dismissal in several Canadian provinces is 2 years severance plus damages.
