How is this not a WMD? Mass distribution of a self assembled molecule that could be for good or ill. Consider if it was designed to assemble into a non-aggressive molecule for Caucasian DNA, but lethal for any other DNA?

This is what weapons are made from. And this won’t lead to anything good
