The FBI's job is to cover up the crimes of these high ranking officials, businessmen, politicians, and public figures. Then to go after the victims and (using the media, whose owners are also part of the rings) make them into criminals - to silence, discredit, harrass and jail them. If that doesn't work, elimination.
