I think more likely he made a run for Israel and was denied entry. If you are a criminal psychopath you will want to flee to a country that does not have an extradition treaty with the US... like Israel. Then he can’t get in because he can’t fake getting his own vaccine? Since then he appears to have something wrong with his neck in all his interviews which looks like cgi artifacts...
