According to the teachings of Jesus, we are all either children of God or children of the devil, called Satan or adversary. This is based on our fruit, or actions. He accused people of being children of the devil and not God’s. While we are all his creation, some of us follow the devil, as I used to with my whole heart. It’s also made clear that there is no middle or neutral ground. Everyone IS one or the other whether they think about it or not.
