I know plenty of Jewish people that ignore Israel completely and think the whole thing is stupid. Hell, I have a coworker who is jewish and donates to Palestinian relief funds because he thinks Israelis are a bunch of oppressors.
Mormons baptize millions of people every year after they die because they recognize them as Mormons. Some of your relatives have probably been baptized into mormonism after they died if they were ever in the military.
