So many stipulations in the order demand no later than “30” or “45” days for response and action from the appropriate representatives. Have we seen any indications whatsoever of progress in the right direction?

Those responses dont have to be made public knowledge, and there is no specific timeline for implementing punishments. However, part of the punishments for countries caught interfering in US elections involves barring them from trading at our ports. You seen anything unusual going on with the ports lately that might hint at this punishment being at least partly enacted?
