No, 118 lb converts to 53.5239 kg. If you multiply 53.5239 by .2, the dosage is 10.7mg. So you should be taking 3 to 4 of the 3mg tablet's. I would go for 4 unless you have a limited supply of Ivermectin, then I would use 3 - 3mg tablets.
