Serious question, is there a way to save the people who have already vaccinated?

I have family members and friends who had already took the vaccine, once we win do you think there is a way to save them? I don't want them to die.

I had to take it b/ I could not handle not working anymore. It was hard to find in Colorado but I finally took the JJ. Does anybody know any info? It doesn’t have the mRNA crap so is it better? So far no symptoms
