Serious question, is there a way to save the people who have already vaccinated?

I have family members and friends who had already took the vaccine, once we win do you think there is a way to save them? I don't want them to die.

I have always wondered about Trump's "Medbed" comments. I believe tgey were mentioned in a couple of those Q drops. ( could be wrong) this stuff is all pretty new to me. But with each passing "coincidence it is becoming clearer
