IDK I'm leary on this, lipstick on a pig is still a pig.

End free Covid tests and instead allow private companies to charge for lateral flow and PCR tests;

This to me means they are not ending testing they will just be charging everyone for them probably to keep their job.

Focus the fight against Covid on tackling local outbreaks and protecting 'highest risk settings', such as care homes;

Haven't they already killed enough seniors?
