Unfortunately the plan is still in motion, its not going to happen over night.

China, plan in full swing - test country and 100% full steam ahead. People (and even children it seems) already shipped off to quarantine camps
Australia & Lithuania, plan full steam ahead, No vax no job, vaccine passports in place, booster now becoming mandatory, 'freedoms' for the vaxxed. Quarantine camps already built.
Austria now to impose full lock down for all unvaxxed.
