Was sat in the car outside a Tesco yesterday.
Standard Tesco customer ( young and old) dons a blue mask at car does shopping, comes back to car still with mask on. Zombies.
3 hours later I was in Manchester for the Christmas markets.Thousands of people ( young and old not a mask in sight( apart from the odd south Asian group).
I was driving through a quiet country lane in the back end of nowhere the other day, one woman on a bike, on her own, in glorious isolation for 2 miles in every direction, had a mask on. When she saw my open window a look of panic came into her eyes. Despair, true despair I felt.
For the most part though people seem to have gone back to normal, all signs ignored in shops etc. Just the odd lost soul taken so keenly by the brainwash they can't stop all the OCD bollox. Weird times.
