My husband says his whole body aches and he has been coughing a bit and he's freezing. It came up quickly. I've given him Ivermectin, Quercetin Phytosome, zinc, EmergenC, and bayer. He has a temp of 103.5. I am considering giving him TheraFlu nighttime. I remember in the beginning Motrin was bad and Tylenol/Bayer is ok. Is that correct?? Just in case it is COVID I don't want to give him anything that will make it worse.
I've got pine needle tea, dandelion root, and an old cold ease tea from years gone by. Do I give him Ivermectin again tomorrow or wait 3 days like I do for myself as a preventive?
Any suggestions?? I tried google and duckduckgo but ... it's hard finding the knowing if it's the "right" protocol.
Thanks for your help!
Thank you!
You’ll get through it and have immunity soon. The vast majority of my patients have
So, I was absolutely miserable for the last 11 hours after getting antibodies. First, I had chills. Then I had fevers that were hard to get down. This morning I feel better but my head hurts and I still have a fever. I took Ivermectin and Excedrine Migraine this morning. I just can't take my head hurting like it has been.
This is normal, right??
This is not medical advice, it is medical education
I have heard of some body aches and headaches post infusion.
Most of the time people feel fantastic
If this is the “worst headache of your life” You’ll need to go to your Dr.
There’s a lot of reasons for headaches. Is the headache in the front of your head, near the sinuses above your eyes ?
Is your headache band like that tapers down into the back of your neck and worse when you flex your chin to your chest ?
Is your headache pulsatile and associated with pain in your eyes from lights, nausea ?
When in doubt, while avoiding the ER, an urgent care may be a reasonable option, but one should request to see the Dr. not a PA or NP
I’m not a big fan of excedrin unless it’s used rarely ( once a month and only for a true migraine )
I get migraines that I suspect are hormonal but also sometimes seasonally induced. I think I say every migraine is the worst of my life because they just suck so much. I think the pain in my head was from the fever. I'm not having any sinus problems. It was more like a migraine --starting with neck pain and then in my eye band and forehead and temples. I feel much better now. I'm exhausted and didn't do much today besides go for a walk. That excedrin worked this morning -- I hate the med too and try not to use it.
Vbusce, my husband had a similar experience. He was so cold and couldn't get warm. I threw a weighted blanket on him and he slept for a few hours until he woke up burning up. He didn't have a headache but he had a fever.
Thank you so much for the conversation. :). I needed reassurance. I should have called the ER last night but truly I was miserable. I remember having to pee and ....thinking oh God I can't pee the bed and I get out of bed.
I hope I have a good night. It has been the evenings that have given me problems. I'm starting to feel myself going a little downhill. I took 325 Bayer and Zyrtec.
I appreciate you!!
